Update on Life

It has been a while since I've been able to blog as I have been extremely busy but I thought I would pop in to give everyone an update on things in my life.
Beginning in June I decided to leave the education field and return back to my previous field of Information Technology. I am now working for the Parish Library in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana and I am finding myself to be more relaxed and less stressed out. Also, my prayer life has greatly improved so I am sure this is a sign from God that I am where I need to be (In the world, and not of it!) While I loved being at a school running the religion program and I dearly loved the children I was working with, there were a lot of hassles that didn't make my work fruitful. I don't want to get into specifics so let's just leave it at that.
The way I transitioned over was actually an unusual one and I could feel God's hand in it. I had previously applied for my current position about a year ago whenever I took the position at the school. The day before I was supposed to re-sign my contract at school I received a call from the library director saying "Hey, the position is open do you want it?" I really had to think hard about it. Why did she choose to call the day before I signed my contract and not the day after? Was this a sign from God? As you already know I took the job because there were so many good things about it that I just couldn't pass up and it will allow me and my wife to finally get settled.
I am still doing my television show once a week though it has been very sporadic as of lately because I have been extremely busy. I hope to blog more soon and maybe even get back to blogging on a steady basis again.
